Join the Central Jersey Arts Council & The Carteret Historical Committee on Saturday, January 28th, 2023, from 2 – 4 PM for a special event featuring the life works of published photographer George Tice and time spent at the Carteret Camera Club, as well as a collection of film cameras and a special film screening: Seeing Beyond The Moment.
