For the more seasoned performer, Carteret PAC Musical Theater Camp will focus on building your triple threat repertoire. Students will have daily classes in acting and musical theater focusing on the end product, the showcase! Learn songs from popular Broadway musicals like, Spongebob Squarepants, Wicked, Annie, and many more! Students will perform on the Carteret Performing Arts & Events Center mainstage on the last day of class!

Camp Instructors:

Carrie Rubino, Theater Director/Teacher, has been working in professional theater for the past 20 years. Previously, Carrie was the Senior Manager of Education Programs at the Tony Award-winning regional theater, Paper Mill Playhouse. Students of Carrie have appeared in national tours, tv shows, regional theater, commercials, voice over, and Broadway shows such as The King and I, School of Rock, Beautiful: The Carole Kind Musical, Matilda, Les Miserables, and The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, amongst others.

Charles Santoro, Music Director, is a professional pianist, music director, conductor, and arranger. His work experience includes various productions for Broadway, Off-Broadway, Mayo Performing Arts Center, and the Tony Award-winning Paper Mill Playhouse. Presently, Santoro is working on Mrs. Doubtfire the Musical coming to Broadway and is American Idol’s Kimberley Locke’s music director for her upcoming show.
